All oral sessions will be held in the Main Hall of the main venue.

Oral presentations will be 20 minutes each, including questions and follow up; timing will be strictly enforced. Please plan on a 16-17 minute talk maximum, allowing 3-4 minutes for questions, followup, and laptop connection and disconnection.
The speakers and the session chair of the next session are kindly requested to appear in the anteroom 158 next to the main hall at least 15 minutes before the session is scheduled to start and to introduce yourself. After that, the laptop connection will be checked for a smooth progress.
It is highly recommended to keep your slides both as (1) Powerpoint (.ppt or .pptx) AND (2) PDF files in a USB memory for emergency. When you have any machine trouble or connection problem, please use a backup laptop PC prepared on the presentation desk with the slides in your USB memory.
